Fluffy cheese cupcakes with cranberry topping

This recipe is partly stolen fron here.

Ingredients:
100g qwark
30g butter
3 eggs, separated
50 ml milk
1 tablespoon all purpose flour+1 tablespoon corn flour, sifted
(40 grams together)
50g caster sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon flavour (zest from 1 lemon)
1/4 tsp baking powder
