Mushroom Sour Cream Lasagna (with home-made pasta)
Pasta (10 sheets):
2 eggs
150 gr + 2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp water
Very Simple Apple-Banana-Cinnamon Muffin Cake
Preparation: 20 minBacking time: 1h10 - 1h20, 180 C, microwave oven with oven option
Pan: 28 cm round or 12-cup muffin pan (backing time 20-25 min)

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cup - allpurpose flour
3/4 cup - fine sugar
1/2 cup - sunflower oil
80 ml Actimel
2 big apples cut into the thin sheets (a half of an apple will be used for decoration)
2 middle bananas, mashed (2/3 cup)
1 pckg baking powder
1 pckg vanilla sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp backing soda
1/4 tsp salt
Crust:
1 tbsp fine sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
almond flakes
